Return or exchange
Thank you for shopping at DICK'S. Our online store offers unique fashion products designed by independent designers, using high-quality materials and reliable production. Our quality assurance team members inspect each product before packaging to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange it or get a refund. Simply follow the instructions and submit a return/exchange request on the order page and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Need a different size, color or pattern? Exchanges are easy as long as they are in stock.
Quick refund
Warm reminder: Any address on the package is not recognized as a return address.
Packages returned to a return address that is not authorized by a customer service representative will not be refunded or exchanged.
Return and exchange policy
-We accept product returns. Customers have the right to apply for return within 7 days after receiving the product.
- Purchased items (except items on sale) can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of shipment.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all original tags, making sure everything in the packaging is intact! Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all costs and no refunds will be given.
- Consumers do not need to restock items when returning items.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items that do not meet these standards will not be considered for return.
Purchase not eligible for return
-Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Returns/exchanges are only possible if the item is defective/damaged or incorrect.
- After submitting your return/exchange request online, you must email us a picture showing the problem/defect.
cancel the order
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund. If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a help ticket via Contact Us. For orders canceled 24 hours after purchase but before shipping, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. We will not accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped.
